The access to the CTLP Platform is restricted to:

National officials working in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice, in particular those directly dealing with terrorism cases (such as judges, prosecutors and investigators) and/or practitioners
Experts who have been officially designated by their national authorities or invited by UNODC Terrorism Prevention Branch to participate in an event.
